Meet Molly

Molly Pepin
Behavioral Therapist


Molly (she/her) is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a behavioral therapist for Brightline. 

Molly lives in San Francisco and likes cooking, playing board games, and enjoying the city’s parks and beaches. 

In both community and school-based settings, Molly has worked with kids, adolescents, and young adults from ages 5- 24. She has worked with kids experiencing a range of mental health stressors, and has a special interest in supporting children and teens who have experienced trauma.

Molly is skilled in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), and likes to integrate mindfulness practice into her work. She operates from a strengths-based perspective and believes building a strong foundation of trust and rapport is key to working with you and your child.

Molly has a Master of Social Work degree from New York University.
