Meyyammai is a Speech Language Pathologist with a CCC-SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology).
Meyyammai lives in Foster City, Calif., and enjoys hiking, traveling, and gardening.
Meyyammai has treated children and young adults (aged 18 months to 21 years) with a variety of speech and language needs, including social communication, articulation, and literacy. She has experience with early intervention, as well as autism spectrum disorders. Meyyammai loves working with children and teenagers because she knows that the steps taken today have the chance to change the trajectory of their lives.
Meyyammai is deeply interested in technology to democratize access to speech pathology services. As a clinician, she is a strong believer in a “growth mindset” — the concept that every child has the ability to improve and grow over time. She aims to provide innovative, motivating, and functional interventions to children while building strong connections with caregivers.
Meyyammai holds a Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from MGH Institute of Health Professions in Boston.
