Emily is a clinical psychologist and a behavioral therapist at Brightline.
Emily lives in Carlsbad, California, and enjoys baking, yoga, and petting dogs.
Emily focuses on the treatment of childhood anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorders, and disruptive behavior. She also has experience in selective mutism and social anxiety, and assessing for neurodevelopmental conditions such as learning disorders, ADHD, and autism spectrum disorder.
Emily enjoys working with all children and adolescents, particularly children between the ages of 2 to 7. She feels early intervention is key and likes including caregivers in treatment whenever possible.
Emily has experience in both community mental health and clinical research settings. Most recently, she has worked in specialty clinics and provided telehealth therapy.
Emily has a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph. D.) degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles.
