Dominica Fox Demarco
Behavioral Health Coach
Dominica is a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach and Certified Yoga Teacher, as well as a behavioral health coach at Brightline. Her compassionate, holistic, and solution-focused approach is informed by an extensive background in mental health and human services.
Dominica lives in Allentown, Pennsylvania, and enjoys yoga, roller skating, gardening, and hiking.
Dominica provides support in areas like mindfulness; physical, emotional, and mental well-being; personal & professional development; relationships; and communication. A body image advocate, her work includes helping people develop a “health at every size” mentality, body neutrality, and self-compassion. Another area of specialization in Dominica’s coaching is grief support for women who have experienced a pregnancy or infant loss.
Prior to becoming a Coach, Dominica worked with children and adults at non-profit social services companies and supported adults experiencing acute mental health symptoms. She’s also worked as a Mental Health Coach in the digital mental health space. She thoroughly enjoys learning how to be a healing presence for others and supporting others in creating positive change in their lives.
Dominica has a Master of Arts degree in Health & Wellness Coaching from Maryland University of Integrative Health.
