Christina de Zarraga
Christina is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a behavioral therapist at Brightline.
Christina lives in Boston and enjoys volleyball, tennis, dancing, and experimenting with her new air fryer.
Christina has worked in emergency services, inpatient, residential, school-based, and community health/primary care settings. The majority of her clinical experience has been working with youth and families from diverse backgrounds through trauma-informed and evidence-based approaches.
Christina’s training incorporated behavioral medicine, which she integrates in her practice by sharing bits of neuroscience to increase knowledge and self-awareness. She is passionate about empowering youth to develop healthy self-esteem, positive relationships, and adaptive coping strategies.
Christina has a Master of Arts degree in Mental Health Counseling and Behavioral Medicine from Boston University.
