Anna is a bilingual (Spanish/English) Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and a behavioral therapist at Brightline. She has over a decade of experience working with youth and families across a variety of settings, including schools, community mental health, and inpatient care.
Anna lives in Suquamish, Washington, and enjoys cooking and baking, traveling, reading, hiking, and yoga.
Anna enjoys supporting people of all ages in understanding and regulating their emotions, strengthening family relationships, and holding space for and honoring their experiences, especially during life transitions like early parenthood and adolescence. She is passionate about fostering resilience and emotional wellness through strong, supportive relationships and working toward a world where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.
Anna takes a holistic, culturally responsive approach to therapy that’s grounded in authentic relationships, and integrates her training in neurobiology, trauma-informed practices, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and play therapy. She enjoys working with clients in both Spanish and English.
Anna has a Master of Science in Social Work from The University of Texas at Austin.
